Dr. A. K. Srivastava is currently working with the Government of Uttar Pradesh and is posted at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Lucknow.
Dr. Srivastava completed his M.S. from King George Medical college in 1982 as a gold medalist. He has been awarded by the Honarable Governer of U.P. Mr. T.V. Rajeshwar, for his efforts in corrective surgery.
